Poor service

Riga, 9th Post Office. At the boxes 4 operators. Everyone does something, but customers are served by one or two. Very leisurely. Full hall with people in a row of 25. And so almost every day! Normal? And do not justify the lack of labor, the fish blows from the head. If management spit on people, so will employees soon. Gossiping, giggling, chattering, but little people are waiting...
