Did not receive verification postcard

I have tried for several days to contact support after waiting for my post card to come in to verify my identity. I still have not received the postcard. No one will call, or email, me from Survey Junkie. Im ready to take this to the BBB if it does not get resolved ASAP.

Identity verification not able to redeem points

Friday was my last survey and I was not able to redeem my points of 6.36 ad they said that I needed to speak to someone concerning my identity verification.
