Almost ruined the wedding ceremony
We ordered a wedding snack. Initially did not respond to emails. Must write 3 times to answer. Then we got used to it and reconciled, because the menu sounded fantastic. We met to taste snacks and a little disappointed that the food was simple, only described very beautifully. However, the contact person was a very positive and nice man. We arranged that the food would be delivered through the farm gate by contacting the hostess in advance so as not to disturb the ceremony and the guests. On the day of the holiday, the ordered food was delivered 1 hour earlier without warning. 5 minutes before the ceremony, when the guests were already sitting and the music would start playing immediately. Of course we delayed the ceremony. For the holiday you bus entered the main gate without even contacting the hostess. Two young guys unloaded everything from the bus without even apologizing and left. It shocked us! Because the contract said that the food would also be put on the table, but of course it was not done! I had to do everything myself! Admittedly, the snacks seemed fresh / dry. Of course, no one called or asked for feedback.
