He said that there were huge problems with the volume and correct distribution of shipments. There are about 1,500 shipments a day, but Itella has only 2 employees who deal with it. The problem with my shipment was also that the sender Asos did not indicate my phone number on the package this time. Therefore, it is understandable that no one could contact me. Since I will buy Asos regularly, I know that tel. nr. always on the packet has always been. It is possible that those waiting for a package from Asos may have a similar problem.
