帳號被盜後被鎖，請求重開帳號

本人星期四25/2/2021晚上如常可以進入荒野亂斗玩，但於星期五26/2/2021下午一點左右想再進入遊戲，突然進不了遊戲，只顯示帳號被鎖，但我完全不知道發生什麼事，請問該如何是好？我嘗試在遊戲內跟客服聯絡，但只跟人工客服聯繫到一次，他說要帳號儲值紀錄截圖，我已盡快去截圖，但因我上班中，當我下班後想再嘗試傳帳號儲值截圖時，便一直聯絡不上人工客服，發不了截圖，請幫忙重開帳號，我是玩了好幾年和花費了不少金錢才做到現在這級別，我沒有不正當地玩，我相信是我的帳號被盜用，我不知道我的帳號被盜用後發生什麼事，我感到很無奈無助，於是上網尋找supecell的e-mail address，再將事情的來龍去脈告訴你們團隊，懇請你們能夠幫幫我，盡快重開我的帳號，我幾乎每天都會做任務才可達到現在的級別，我不想就這樣放棄，請幫我了解一下情況，盡快重開我的帳號吧！麻煩各位，感謝感謝
