From july 7-july 13, sunpass has charged me over $50 in tolls. I don’t even use that much in a year! Since their “upgrade” everyone has been *** over. And the charges have been from may- august. A maintenance nightmare

SunPass was great until they updated there systems recently. I received a notice stating that the systems were being upgraded and would be down for a total of two weeks and turned out to be two months. I am on easypay linked to my bank account and use sunpass everyday…

Very poor handling of system outage

The sunpass system went offline for 2 months. Now they are hitting customers with back payments to get caught up. The correct way to handle this would have been to lift tolls while system was offline. Unreal sunpass SUCKS.
