High shipping charges

It seems like this company makes most of their revenue on shipping. They charge the customers a very high shipping fee, then again they charge the customer for returning the item.

I will never buy from you again because it has taken OVER A MONTH to give me a method of payment refund on a return! If you can debit people’s account THE SAME DAY as the purchase you can get refunds out in 5 to 10 business days!!!!…like every retailer!get your refunds out! .
