Slow service
At Devonport Sugar Factory station, I wanted to buy a three-day ticket every week, but on 24. 04. 21018 at 7:09 On behalf of the ticket issuer, Ludmila refused to sell the three - day ticket, on the grounds that it was the queue and needed to sell the ticket to everyone. I completely agree that the ticket must be received by everyone, so there must be fast service. The ticket seller took 5 minutes to explain to the previous customer, but gave me half a minute to issue the ticket. It's not fair why there are 3-day tickets or weekly tickets at all if they can't be bought when I want to!
