Lost credit
Lost credit about 3 dollars from Zelta Zivtina prepaid card. Around the time when the credit disappeared, I had texted (they are free) almost every 5-10 minutes. The inquiry service told me that I was online and therefore took money, named the time and that I spent 3 times on the Internet for 79 santims and 1 time for about 84 santims! I have the internet turned off on my phone and in order to use it, I have to turn it on with 3 actions that the phone could hardly do in my pocket, but even if it were, how did I log in 3 times and download something for the same amount? I can't prove that I haven't been, but I know 100% that I haven't been there, because there is Wi-Fi at home if necessary and it must be turned on separately. All you have to do is give the phone for repair,if you download what you want from the internet when you want. 3 times for repairs and a new phone in your pocket : )
