Can’t talk to them

StubHub used to be easy to talk to an agent. Now you cant get through and have no easy recourse on settling a problem because you can not ever get through to someone.

I never received my issued refund from may 31

Ive called multiple times, been on hold for HOURS each time and never get to speak to anybody . Customer service for stubhub is a joke User’s recommendation: Don’t use stubhub.

Seats were roped off!!

I paid $288 for two Yankee tickets for Sat June 5, 2021 and when I got to the stadium I couldnt sit in my seats as they were roped off. I had to find OTHER seats and keep moving as people arrived for their seats. Not good for the fees you charge. I certainly will think twice... Read more➤

brought tickets, credit card charge for tickets, no information regarding purchase in app. cannot contact anyone. User’s recommendation: purchase tickets from live person. no online purchases ever again.
