No response to email, no shoe arrival

DoOrdered 2 shoes, supposed to be 5-8 days shipping. Over 3 weeks later 1 pair came, the other pair never arrived. Emailed stride rite twice with no response. Not taking calls at phone number. Completely useless. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from stride rite, Amazon order came 1st and I ordered after.

Do NOT pay for expedited shipping and don’t expect any customer service

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED TONIGHT!
