Cardinal changes to channel offerings took place without notice, without coordination. New connected channels cannot compete with disconnected ones. Customers are forced to sign a contract for 24 months, but change the terms of the contract arbitrarily. I called the company, I replied that I had to pay a penalty, I wanted to give up a service that no longer satisfied me.
