very strange online store, contacted me after ordering on November 1, promised the product in a week and sent an invoice which I paid for after which no further communication with this online store after long ignorance and waiting, I finally received an answer only on November 17 when the specific product is not available and to write a refund application and after submitting this application contacted me and announced when the management promises to refund until November 31, strange deadlines and still do not know, although still in comparison.
