Messy service
I do not recommend anyone to become a Oceancom Ltd. customer, as the company's representatives provide misleading information in order to connect a new customer. The manager promised to settle all the issues related to disconnection from the previous operator and to my question what needs to be done to me, answered that absolutely nothing, they will send a letter to my operator and inform them that the contract is terminated, and I do not need to contact the previous operator. When I received another invoice from the previous operator, I realized that the Oceancom consultant had let me down and I had double ties with both Oceancom and my previous operator. No letter was sent explaining to me that disconnection issues are never resolved in this way, so I was deceived. Now I have double commitments and double invoices. I believe that I have been disappointed since the first day of cooperation, but the process of terminating the contract is also a total nightmare. I sent several e-mails with a request to terminate the contract without penalty, because I do not want to cooperate with a company that is not honest with its customers, I was in the customer service center of Pty. Oceancom, but only wait for a response within 14 days. A couple of weeks ago, I just saw a story in a "taboo-free" program about Oceancom trying to avoid accepting an application for termination of the contract in any way. Now I can safely say that what is shown in the story is true. I can also mention that I was not informed of the right to withdraw from the new contract during the first 14 days, that I was also not provided with a withdrawal form, which is a breach of consumer protection law. I recommend thinking a hundred times before becoming a customer of this company!
