Horrible! Customer service clerk sounded drunk!! Ugh

Called after having problems with cell cam not reading SIM card.. after 1-1/2 hours.. they finally going to send me replacement but will take 8-14 days… First customer service clerk sounded and acted drunk.. didn’t know the difference between SIM card and SD card.. wow…
