I didn't buy computers
I bought a computer from Optus Asus, which worked slowly from day one, does not respond to every third activity, stops working, etc. TT, respectively, a computer defect. I carry it for warranty repairs twice. For the first time, all data on your computer was deleted without any warning, which did not improve your computer's performance in any way. The second time the motherboard was changed, it did not improve the performance of the computer. I am not going to the store with a request to solve this problem, I wrote an application with a request to replace the purchased product, but it was rejected because no problems were found... Although it was found before and the motherboard for a completely new computer was changed. Of course, the computer can be turned on, perform basic functions if it responds, but it will take more time than doing the same with a worn-out, slow, and near-running computer. I tried to continue negotiations with Optus because I believed that a fair result could be reached. Promised to reconsider the problem situation, but no news for a month. Currently, the situation is that for another year I have to continue to pay Optus for a computer defect and the company has no interest in finding a compromise. In order to contact the Consumer Protection Center, it is necessary to carry out independent expertise at one's own expense and go through various long processes, which again is an additional cost for these computer defects. I do not use other Optus services and after this experience I will not use them, so I can't say anything negative about them, but if you are considering buying computers at Optus, then I do not recommend them, because in case of a defect you can meet as I wish. you will inadvertently have to pay the full price for this defect.
