Bad loyalty program

They need to make it easier to redeem loyalty points I lost 800 dollars they should check out cabelas program much more customer oriented, but maybe they have it set up like this in hopes people like me don’t redeem User’s recommendation: go to cabelas.

Leaky product made a real mess

Purchased a Breakthrough clean technologies gun cleaning kit. Bogus claims of coupon codes/no help from SW online

Tried to use various coupon codes to buy items. They never work. In the Riverdale, Utah store, they gave me the 800.286.3076 number to call. They could not give me any codes.
