Today, 17. 05. 2019, I faced a very unpleasant situation in the mfd diagnostic center in Kengarags. I had made an endoscopy appointment at 9. 30, I arrived on time, 9. 23, I stood in line to pay for the following service, in front of me was a woman who told the receptionist that she had an appointment for an endoscopy at 9. 00, but she was half an hour late because you see there are big traffic jams on the streets and that is not her problem. As much as I had to spend about an hour of my working time because of this procedure, I told both the absent woman and the receptionist that I had an appointment after 5 minutes and I couldn't afford to wait another half hour because another, completely stranger to me. man, hindering. The employee agreed with mebut still made me go to the office and wait for the nurse to call the next patient. Then we waited there and waited and waited until the clock was already 9. 45, then the doctor performing the procedure came out, I tell her that I have an appointment 15 minutes in advance, to which the doctor - in a very unpleasant tone - in foreign language - answered me, that the previous patient had spent a whole hour in the procedure and would have to wait. So I spat and left. I am very disappointed in the attitude, because what is the point of the record? Therefore, people also sign up for a certain period of time so that they can plan their day specifically, and it would only make sense if the service provider also respected it and at least apologized for the inconvenience. After all, I have been left without a procedure + I have completely wasted one hour of my working time, which I will not be paid for.
