hidden tariffs

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by Telstra. Every time I call someone and he can't answer me, I charge five santims from my prepaid card. I have zero tariff. This was not the case before, but now it is. I discovered this when I tried to call one person several times in a row and told me in one call that my call credit had expired.
