We have been without internet for four days. I don’t think their technicians were working over the weekend as their recorded message (no service in IA and IL) claimed. Four days to fix an outage? Hardly. Still have no service. And cost after first year is high.DD

We have had this service for three years now. We have had to call about issues ever since they installed the service. Two months in they talked us into raising our speed to 25 for $90 a month.
