DELAYS

I am very unhappy with the work of the Post Office! My ordered product can't come to me for two weeks! The value of the product is 65 dollars. Once got a call said to be late, soon to be! I haven't received it either! The man who sent it out to me also called, told him he was sorry, the package went to the other side, that everything would be fine and would be delivered soon! It took a couple of days to call again, I can't call anymore, the customer service doesn't answer the e-mail either!
