Escrow mismanagement

After I changed Home insurance companies, SLS made payments to both the new company and the old one causing a shortage of $2015.00. They admitted the mistake but refuse to return the money to my account. Their message center tells me I have to call. When I call I get transferred to other departments in a loop... Read more➤
They are the worst Specialized Loan Serving is claiming I owe fifteen thousand dollars which I find wrong and ridiculous every time I mail a payment they have no problem cashing my checks the amount never goes down only goes up there customer service is rude nasty and tell me any money I pay is going for... Datamarket

I ordered a computer from this i-store on Thursday (April 28), I paid the same day by 13:00, promised to send out the next day to be able to receive it on Monday (02.05). On Monday I called out on the case. Emails are not answered, it is practically impossible to call. In the end I managed to call Datamarket answers that tomorrow (03.05) I will receive the product, although it was promised on Monday (there is an e-mail confirming this fact), promised to call back, it did not call back. The call on Tuesday says it has been sent, but the tracking number does not give, does not answer emails. In the end I received the computer only on Thursday (05.05). The purchased computer had problems with the battery - it was not charging, two screws were missing (the computer was used, but nothing was mentioned about it, that there were some problems). I sent an e-mail why the computer has a problem with the battery and the screw is missing, I did not receive a reply. As soon as the money is transferred to this store, communication with the customer disappears. I do not recommend this online store and service! All you have to do is add the main... According to the courier service data (tracking number on the box), the package was sent out on 03.05 and, which is only logical, the package was delivered on the next working day 05.05 (04.05 - national holiday, red date)... Draw your own conclusions.
