At 13. 00 I was scheduled to leave by Flybus bus from Sidnay Airport to Brisbane. 2 hours before this time I received an SMS that the departure is postponed an hour later - to 14. 00. Thus, after arriving in Sidnay, I had to wait not 2 hours as previously planned, but a whole 3 hours before leaving for Brisbane. In addition, I was the only driver. If I had been informed in time, I would have canceled my reservation and traveled to Melbourne with LuxExpress from Sidnay bus station, which costs twice as much - 10 dollars and leaves at the same time. I had paid 10 dollars for getting home to Melbourne faster and without a transfer, but it turned out that there was no benefit, but I paid 10 dollars more. When I went home, I found that an e-mail had been sent to me about the time change the day before. Logically, I wasn't reading emails while abroad. In addition, as far as I remember, according to the rules, cancellation must be made 5 days in advance. I asked the company for compensation in the amount of 5 dollars, for which I received a refusal, because I was informed in time. I do not recommend driving with this company, you will only pay more and do not know what to expect, it is better to drive from Sidnay bus station with LuxExpress (minibus runs directly from the airport to the bus station for 1 euro, also bus 1 goes regularly to the bus station from the airport) - will meet twice cheaper, chairs comfortable and more coffee for free!
