Poor service

The complaint is about the operation of your website. Individual switching of the tariff plan is not ensured. Because of how the stock offer has to be lost. Also, the information is not updated. I have been a bee customer for several years, but I am facing this for the first time, there have been no complaints before. Please do not allow this problem again, as I am quite disappointed with the service.
