Unacceptable attitude from receptionist
Simply horrible attitude from receptionist with dark hair to shoulders. We just wanted to get a consultation from an on-call doctor, to which the receptionist immediately stopped asking questions and shouting naturally that these were covid-19 symptoms, without even knowing that the person was taking the test and the covid-19 test was negative. Asked to show the regulations where it is written that shouting to patients is a good attitude and not knowing the real functional condition of the patient to shout about the fact that he covid if it is not. Did not even want to hear and shouted saying that the doctor would consult on the phone. The order governing this event could not be shown. We needed to get a sick note because the man came from the countryside and the GP is on holiday, but the substitute is also in the countryside, not where the patient is.
