Poor service

False monopolized and forcibly connected interactive TV. If I can't understand anything in my 35 years and Optus does everything so that I don't have to talk to customers. They even have an info phone charge. Then I can only imagine what will happen to the elderly, who could not always cope with the previous version. Couldn't you really leave people a choice? Not to mention that the price of the tv package will also increase.
