Poor service

Poor service. 10 days ago my package arrived in Australia to Itella and from that time there was no news. The tracking shows that an attempt was made to deliver the package, but I have not received a delivery notification. Unable to call, all operators are busy, no one answers emails. Waiting for 13 minutes to answer the call, the operator answered! It seems that this company is not doing anything, the tracking service indicates that the delivery is unsuccessful and then waits for the recipient to search for his package. I don't understand why dhl works with this office.
