Why did you water snuggle down?

Your company should be ashamed for taking our money for this watered down product. A day after using, the scent is gone, I used it for over 40 yrs. BUT I’ll not waste my money on your product again.

Ive been using snuggle since…for ever. Recently I noticed a change in the smell. I ONLY use the original, normal, snuggle fabric softener. So this recent change is extremely disappointing.

The nice, soft, mellow, smell, is no more. After a lifetime of using ONLY Snuggle, I might as well go generic.

Scent boosters

I washed my clothes twice with the snuggle scent booster and it did not dissolve. It stuck to my clothes inside my pajama pants. I would like my money back thank you!!!

Ruined my daughters school uniforms

Snuggle Exhilarations and all their softners worst softner ever it stained my daughters uniforms it looks like oil stains am so F pissed off they dont even have courtesy to reply back so i could get reembursed. Never use snuggle products.
