I want to return my item

I requested for return my book on 28 june.. Even till now no feedback from snapdeal… And didn’t pick by anyone agent of snapdeal.. Plz return my book.. Otherwise I’ll not purchase something from snapdeal..and I’ll say in my area that snapdeal is bad company for returning item.. User’s recommendation: Bad company.

My money is not refunded. I have return the product of Saturday.

Dear sir I have all ready hand over to return the product of Saturday. But I got the call again. Why issue is not resolve. Kindly look into this on urgent basis. Still money is not refunded to my bank account. User’s recommendation: I got the call again and again.
