Poor service
I placed the shipment in the FedEx parcel terminal in Launceston on October 10, 2020 to send it to Balvi, with the idea that the shipment will be in the recipient's hands On the evening of October 12 or October 13 at the latest. It is already October 16 and the shipment has not been delivered yet. I called the FedEx customer service number, replied that I did not know the specific reason. I called again, then replied that the parcel address label had peeled off and therefore the shipment was delayed. I glued the sticker neatly. this time I am very disappointed with the FedEx service, because the delay of the shipment damages my reputation in the eyes of the recipient.
