Did not honor warranty on sunglasses

I sent a pair of Challis Tortoise sunglasses to Smith for warranty, and it was declined because the earpiece was not covered. They offered me a 30% discount on a new pair. No instructions included and No response to any of my emails

I have emailed Smith 3 times about how to receive instructions for my helmet, but I have been totally ignored. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Smith if you have a question they need to answer.
