Working for a company
If someone is currently considering the idea of looking for a job in "Melton broilers" (specifically in this company's stores for a seller), I recommend better to look in a different direction, because in this company towards the employees is, to put it mildly, strange and 21st century. inappropriate. First of all, the salary is so small that you are unlikely to cover it in utilities, let alone extras such as eating or dressing. (It should be mentioned here that the requirements for the seller are such that he looks GOOD in his workplace. can look good if you can't even afford to go to the hairdresser and dentist?) In addition, the salary depends on the plan of a person far away. It is likely that this person did not go into local conditions - each store has a different geographical location, the contingent of customers, etc. You can deduct part of your salary immediately, because you will have to pay "voluntarily" for a form of work that you will not be able to choose, of course. Secondly, when you have bought this form for about 30 dollars, you run the risk of dermatitis or some other skin disease, because under the bracelets, which MUST be worn with a warm jacket, your hands will sweat to the extreme within two hours. And a working day doesn't just consist of two hours! There is a risk of discomfort even if you do not wear its cuffs. The reason is simple - only one t-shirt in the form of work, which can be worn under a jacket or separately. So - either forbidden to sweat, or this shirt must be washed every day. Another fact. 23,000 dollars have been spent on advertising booklets, which are rarely overlooked by any buyer. There are far more who refuse to take them in their hands or even run away from the offer to look at it. I have a bad suspicion that the sellers working in the shops will pay for this failed move... And one more thing that causes a thinking person to have a contemptuous smile... You may find it funny, but it is a reality. A lot of money is spent on "checking" the work of sellers and shops by so-called inspectors (salaries, transport costs, etc. ). But that doesn't stop there. Examiners, in turn, are inspected by other examiners. : D In this situation, the salesman feels like a criminal who has neither a sense of honor nor a sense of responsibility, than any normal person. Should such checks be seen as meaning that all sellers are thieves who cannot and cannot work at all without constant control? Then multiply the number of stores by the number of staff occupied by those inspectors, and then by their average salary. There will be an impressive amount. If the sellers didn't already deserve a normal salary or humane treatment, then their money would have been better given to charity, right? Looks like it really has nowhere to put the funds! The proportionality of working time with wages and growing responsibilities could already be discussed... but is it necessary? If you've read this place, it's probably clear to you. And it is also clear that sometimes the reins are pulled by a person who does not know from which side the horse has to go... Will such a person go far? Won't the carts overturn on the road? If, however, you are forced to work there, arm yourself with a thorough knowledge of the law and write the number of the Labor Inspectorate in your telephone directory... It may be helpful... Good luck!
