Ordered a new phone through smartpay, they approved it, took the first month’s payment, then never sent me the phone I’m being charged for. Nobody returns emails, phone calls nothing. I can’t understand how they haven’t been shut down for this kind of crap! User’s recommendation: Don’t do it!
