Quality of service
I would recommend not to choose Post Office Station parcels (served by Pty. POST SERVICE KURZEME) for the delivery of goods ordered online, especially during the pre-holiday period, as there is a very high possibility to stay without your order. In good time, in the first days of December, when I ordered gifts for children in an online store for Christmas, everything was fine until I took out a package at the Post Office Station in Melton, which was not sent to me but to another customer in Adelaide. As the sender was the same online store where I placed the order, I contacted it the next day and, on their instructions, forwarded the package to the addressee via the Post Office and I very much hope that she received it. On the second day I had an SMS again that the parcel had arrived at the parcel terminal in Melton, but inside was a package for the addressee in Hobart and from an online store where I had not ordered anything. I immediately put it back in the parcel terminal, but have no idea if the sender received it. In both cases, there was a Post Office sticker on the parcels stating that I was the recipient, which indicates that there is chaos at the company's premises. It is good that the seller of the goods got involved, but within 8 days my shipment was not in the warehouse and parcel post of the Post Office, the seller of the goods refunded the money to me, but what if the children had to hurry to look for other gifts.
