Veey Third class service my loan transfer dhfl to sbfc but I want close my loan but this company not giving my LOD very poor service sbfc staff only giving me falatu reasons before 1&haft month continues visiting office but not respondig and toll free number only showing not receving any call not responding emails

Very very worst service from sbfc.

Toll free number is just a waste of time. Even if you try continuously for two hours, they will not receive your call. Your queries will not be solved, e.g. foreclosure request, statements, etc. Govt. should ban this kind of fraud on customers.
