07/24/2019 G. Several goods were ordered in the online store "110.shop". The reply received by e-mail indicated the date of delivery: 06.08.2019. One of the ordered goods was intended as a birthday present for our relative, whose birthday is 08.08.2019. G. In a few days we will receive a notification that the delivery date for our order has changed: 14.08.2019. G. Contacting the staff of the store "220", who explained that the goods are not in stock at the moment, but at the time of ordering there was no such information on the website. This situation caused us a lot of inconvenience, because the person has been left without a gift and will go back to Sweden, where we will then have to send the gift by post, which will require additional costs. I very much hope that this letter will help the management of "110.shop" to make changes in customer service for the better.
