Another ripped off consumer

Never received “free introductory box”, then they charged me $34.95 for my “subscription” (I never subscribed). Customer Service said they would cancel charge, but never did. Chocolate is just ok. User’s recommendation: Don’t ask for “free box”!!

The merchant closed my account per my request and gave me a credit and everything is resolved at this point

The merchant did credit me for the $ 34.99 and have not credited me for the following charge of $ 39.99 on March 21 which I did not receive anything for that charge as it was stated in small print on their website which I never saw before and will call them today.
