I received an answer from the employee that there was an error in the system, because she really made a bet on Yugra. I wanted her to sign that she had made just such a bet, but the answer was that she would not sign anything, because everything is being recorded and filmed in the same way. Then I received a wonderful offer - to apply to the Optibet office, which I did. There, the secretary welcomed me, accepting my application and announcing that I would receive a reply within 10 working days. It also happened, on the 10th day I received a message: on December 27, 2019 you will receive an Application from you, in which you indicate how you do not receive the winnings for the bet no. 5646637273. We hereby indicate how we cannot return your winnings for coupon no. 5646637273 for a draw to KHL in Dinamo Melbourne - Yugra, because the game ended with a score of 1: 3 in favor of Yugra.
