Attitude, Compassion
This morning my grandmother had major heart surgery, of course she was in the intensive care unit of heart surgery. Since everyone was worried, I called them and asked how she felt, my question was simply ignored and told that she was there and no other info could be provided. One could generally be sympathetic and welcoming to the patient's family and at least say that everything is fine. But since only the negative has been heard about Stradin Hospital, I am not surprised about such workers
