Check antenna

Yes there’s still a problem. Actually there’s two problems. First the radio doesn’t work because there is a check antenna light flashing. I want to talk to a real person
Strange we cannot speak to somebody on the phone for 24 hour service. Need to update my vehicle Im not getting all of my channels
loyal customer for many years. I was having connection problems, after many hours being on hold with a Sirius representative, they did rebooting, sent me to dealership where I purchased the car, and still no connection.
