No Radio in Car

I lost my connection with SiriusXM in my car last week, and I can’t get it restored. Not a speaker issue, since I still have AM and FM; not an account issue, since I still have Sirius on my phone.
Sirius has not responded to my inquiries as to why I can’t receive them on my car radio. I can still get am and fm as well as GPS. It’s not an account issue, since I can still get Sirius on my phone.
