Refund on flybe going bust. Refund on Singapore airlines cancelled

I expected an email to say the exact amount will be refunded by now. Just get a recording saying be patient and claim will be sent. Flights were Manchester by Flybe, dusseldorf to Singapore and Singapore to Brisbane due flights 18 march. All cancelled. User’s recommendation: Book flights direct to airlines and pay by credit card.

Finding out if I am able to enter s’pore from Malaysia for my return flight on 7/4/20

Operators don't keep their promises

The night out week started, which means I was able to buy the item at a discount and with free delivery. I called the operator (picked up by the man) to find out one nuance of the product, the answer was that they do not have such info. Said to contact the manufacturer and call me the next day., no one called the next day., in the evening I called the operator herself was already a woman., had to explain again, the topic I had already told before, again the operator says we will call you tomorrow. I wait for a call all day, no one calls back., the third time I called, it turned out they were not looking for info about the product., said he would find out exactly the info about what interested me and again said we would call you., aaa still a lot of time, you will succeed.So no one called me either, and tgd item costs 5 dollars more + delivery... Excellent work operators... Thank you! I work as an operator myself, but this is the first time I see such pofigism., three times promised to call back., ignorance not even of them...
