Poor service
Terrible service. There is no interest in the customer. I ordered the product, asked to be delivered after 13:00. The courier called 12:50, I asked to wait 10 minutes, a lot of work, but now it's a courier. I called 220 there and told me that I couldn't help but talk to the courier myself. I think this is a completely unacceptable attitude towards the client. It is not for me that the buyer has to solve delivery problems. I wrote a review that was not even published on the store's website. I believe that someday it is necessary to make the service in United Kingdom at least somewhat similar to the normal service abroad, where the customer is mainly taken care of! In my eyes, this store has fallen very low in its attitude towards the customer, without even trying to help in any way.
