I do not understand this company it is normal that if you book a taxi in advance for a certain period of time, then it just may not go to the place and take other people?! Of course this dachshund, as promised after a few minutes, arrived after an hour, and just 5 minutes ago I had entered another Alvice tax, which also simply agreed to take me away, even though it had been booked for someone else. As I was overwhelmed, I didn't care that it wasn't for me at all. Besides, is it normal that the driver does not understand the word at all in American and is not oriented on the streets of Oakland?!
