Called three times and no one answered just on hold with music no prompts about length of hold. This has happened three days in a row. Not sure what is happening with this company User’s recommendation: Answer calls in timely manner.
My simplisafe is still flashing however, my base station is still blue. I will get my wifi adjusted which that may resolve the problem.
I wasnt po until I tried to call. I called to change my primary phone number, but got an endless sales pitch on the customer service number. That number should be for issue resolution, not for sales.
Awful customer service. Kept charging credit card after service was cancelled. CSR could not find the account. Totally clueless. User’s recommendation: Run away.
