Satisfied but have issue

Door lock not functioning after battery change…

I recently changed the batteries in my door lock and the combination no longer works. I tried doing a factory reset but that didn’t work either. Now the lock doesn’t function at all except to lock. User’s recommendation: This was a good lock for a while but now the company is unreachable via phone for support.

Need to know admin code for my lock

There doesn’t seem to be any support for their products except pay services that aren’t affiliated with Simplicikey and which are probably just scams. User’s recommendation: Don’t by these door locks or any other Simplicikey product.
