Injustice
For terrestrial TV connected service with automatic bill payment, late payment interest is regularly added to the monthly bill! By logic, there is a certain fixed amount for a service, and since automatic payment is connected, this payment should take place on the specific required date. So why is this automatic payment regularly delayed by several days, which contributes to this interest on invoices?! Is manual payment on a specific date really the only solution?
