Shoplet won’t respond!

I have asked for 10 mos to be removed from their e-mail & they won’t do it– their unsubscribe does not work!!! They send me an e-mail that they will stop in 24-48 hours and it never happens–for 10 months!!!!!!! Have called CS and e-mail to CS — nothing. They don’t even want to fix their unsubscribe...
