Last January 28, 2021 somebody used my credit card to purchase at shopee philippines inc. I am not the one who purchase it. I’ve already reported it to eastwest bank and they advise me to ask for a credit memo and cancellation in your good office. Kindly help me for this problem. Thank you and good day.
