Poor service
At first, the bag pick-up interval changed from the original 2 hours to 6 hours. The shipment was to be to England. the "best" was that the bag was dropped down at the store without even being notified of the delivery, even though the recipient lived on the second floor and was callable. In addition, the consignment had to wait from the promised nine in the morning until noon. Never use this company!
